Lovely Sunday to you all!

Well, here it is.... Sunday... The weekend is almost over already! :( Friday night we just hung out at home, I did some laundry, and that's about it. We called it an early night.
It was a pretty relaxing evening.

On Saturday, Emma and I went with Grandma, Aunt Wanda, and cousin Karissa, down to Janesville for the afternoon. A Hobby Lobby had just opened there and we just had to check it out. There was alot of great finds and buys. Then we went out for lunch at Olde Country Buffet, which is one of Emma's favorite spots to eat. We also made a stop at a Hallamark store, to pick of a couple of new Webkinz. Emma found that new lil' chick and frog. Boy was she excited. She just wanted to get home and log them in! After that, we just had to stop in the local scrapbook store. It's a great store and we hadn't been there in awhile, so... Anyhow, between Hobby Lobby and the SB store, we all found tons of new stuff to scrap with!!!
I guess another scrap day will be coming up soon!
I have a few new LOs to share...

This one is for a challenge the will be going at over at the Pixel Gypsy's Blog this week. Yep! You heard me, the challenges are back! So head over there this week and get involved!
It's loads of fun, and it will definately get that mojo goin'! It always does the trick for me! :)
And always, there are GCs involved! :)

And this funky lil' number, was completed for the challenge just finishing up
over at Vera Lim's blog. Which reminds me, I best go link my LO up
to the challenge post over on her blog. :0

And then there is this one, which I created using a kit called "Surf's Up" by Milla. When I say this kit, I just had to have it! It is so perfect for our PV, Mexico trip pics.

Welll, I'm out of here for now! Tah! Tah! And enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

Sunday, January 20, 2008

Good Morning! Hope your Sunday has started gracefully, like mine.
Got up before the birds, I'm enjoying a cup of coffee and my puter! Life is good! :)
No more flu in this household!!! Wooo! Whooo!
Not up to a whole lot today... Grandma & I are taking Emma and Karissa
(each of them is bringing a friend also), to Build A Bear Workshop.
Emma has a GC that is burning a hole in her pocket, so...
And maybe watch the Packers win their game today, and that's about it for me today.
Here are two of my most recent LOs. Both of them are using the fantastic Vera Lim's Designs!
I luv her designing style; it just works for me. You can find Vera's products here and here.
(Full credits for both LOs can be found in my gallery over at DST.)

Well, I off for now! Tah! Tah! Have a grand Sunday!!!

Happy Birthday to me!!! (Turned the big 41 today.) And for my Birthday I took the day off of work and spent it with two of my most favorite people; my daughter Emma and my Mom! Emma is still getting over the flu, so I kept her home from school today. Her appetite is still not what it should be, so... Otherwise, I spent my morning downloading Birthday gifts that I received from a whole bunch of digi designers... they were all wayyyy too generous!
(But, it sure was fun shoppn'!) :)

Then this afternoon, Emma and I went out to my Mom's and traditional scrapped! Emma tried to scrap, but just wasn't feeling well enough to be creative. My Mom and I, each got five pages done! It was so relaxing; a perfect way to spend by Birthday.
(Doing one of things I luv most; scrappn'!)
And look at what I got from the dear hubby for my Birthday! A Canon Power Shot S5IS, 8.0 Mega Pixel!!! Wooo! Whooo! And I of course, had some fun playing with it today! It is SWEET!!! He spoils me so much!

I also did a LO for the Crazy Heart Challenge going on over at Little Dreamer Designs Blog. I saw Audrey's LO and just had to lift it(with her authorization, of course.)
This is her LO and mine is directly below it.

Complete credits for my LO can be found in my gallery over at DST.

Well, I found a few cool freebies today, that I just had to direct you to. Beautiful hah?!!! Head on over to Kaciia's blog for this beauty! Aren't they so truly unique?!

And look at these, aren't they just the sweetest?!!! Head on over to Lazy Kitty's Blog.
And don't forget to say thank you to these gals!

Well, I'm off to watch a lil' t.v. and eat some ice cream! Tah! Tah!

Hey! I'm back to share that LO with you! It turned out so full of fun and spunk. See...

I think I'm gonna have to break into some of our Mexico Trip pics, to use this kit on!!!

Otherwise, things are going pretty good around here today. (Considering Emma has the flu...) She is still running a temp and hasn't eaten much. But, what she has eaten, has stayed with her! Wooo! Whooo! I feel so bad for her. It's wierd seeing her so low-key and all... she is usually so full of life. Although, I'm thinkn' she is on the road to recovery, since she is holdn' her own.

I have accomplished a number of things today too (besides the above LO). I finished up our laundry and cleaned out the frig. I also vacuumed out my car, wipped up the dash & such, took it through the car wash, checked the air pressure in the tires, and shinned up the rims & tires. It looks so nice.(There is nothing like a spic-and-span set of wheels! But, in the Winter wonderland of Wisconsin, I'm sure it won't stay lookn' that way long.... :(

Now, I guess I'm going to dust and clean-up my work-out area. (It really needs it!) I don't know why, but I'm much more inclined to work-out when it's nice and clean. Wierd hah?

Well, off I go! Tah! Tah! Until later. :)

It's the weekend!!! Wooo! Whooo! Although, my weekend has so taken a change of course. I was suppose to traditional scrap with my Mom & sis today, but I have a sick Emma. :( I wasn't feeling all that great yesterday myself and then when I got home last night from picking up Jenna, I find a sweetie with the flu. (She probably got it from Jenna, who had it a couple weeks ago.) So, hopefully Jenna won't get it again! Anyhow, Emma got sick a couple of times last night and is now running a fever. So, the weekend plans have changed... We are stuck here at home, with a sick child. I certainly hope I'm not getting it too... I'm thinkn', that if Emma is feeling up to it later, we may tye-dye some t-shirts. Gotta have a lil' fun, even when your sick. Right?!

Now, I'm sharing a LO I created this last week. Just couldn't go without creating a LO showing off Emma's new do. Must have that in Emma's albumn! What a fun LO to create; I used a ton of the Pixel Gypsy's products in this one. I just luv how it turned out!

Full credits can be found in my gallery over at DST.

Well, I think I will now work on finishing up a LO I started the other day. I'm using one of my newest kits, which I think everyone should own! (Isn't this kit full of fun?!!!)You can pick it up over at Cat Scrap for only $6.00. (Can you believe this was Madame Mim's first kit ever?!!) I'm thinkn' she is gonna a very popular designer... I know I luv her work!!!
I of course will share my LO here, once it's complete.

Til later. Lor

Good Sunday morning to you! So how has the beginning of your new year been? Mine has been busy, but fun! Yesterday Emma and I had a Lia Sophia jewelry party, which was loads of fun. (One can never have enough Lia Sophia jewelry!!!) And then last night, Tony and I went to my company Christmas party, which was also enjoyable. (Good food and good company!)

I have a couple of new LOs to share with you. The first includes pics of the driveway up to my parents home. It is always so beautiful, Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter!

And this one, is of a pic of me and my "crazy" Aunt Barb. Not crazy as in loonie in the head, but crazy as in loads of fun. She is so totally beautiful, inside and out! She has always been an inspiration to me. (I'll have to send her a copy of this LO,
so she knows how much she means to me.)

Complete credits for both LOs can be found in my gallery at DST.

Well, today... I first have some ironing to do and then Emma and I are going to do a lil' shoppn' with my Mom. Emma is very excited, because we are going to get her a fish for her new fish tank. Grandma got her the fish tank for Christmas. I'm also wanting to pick up some more yarn, so I can make some more scarves and hats.

So, off I go for the day. And have a great day! Tah! Tah!

Happy New Year to you and your families!!! It's so hard to believe that the holiday season has passed; but it always goes by so fast... And now a new year is upon us, with new memories to be made, with joys and challenges to come. I don't like to make resolutions, and usually don't. Simply, just because, I already live each day, one-by-one, and strive to make it the best. I will continue to do the same in 2008.
First, I wanna share a couple of pics. The first, is of my brother Joni; he passed away on Christmas Eve in 1994. The second, of my sister Marcie (and I), she passed away two years ago today. Their memories live on, within us. I miss them both so much...
And here are a fews pics from our Christmas experiences for 2007.
Our house after a big snow storm, right before Christmas.
Yep! Santa had plenty of snow this year, here in Wisconsin!
This is my Emma, on Christmas morning, diggn' into the gifts!
(Santa brought her some Funkies!) And loads of other cool gifts.
And here are Mia & Erich's twins... Taylor & Emily.
This was at Grandma's house(my Mom's) on Christmas Day.
They are just too darn cute, aren't they?!
And this is also at Grandma's house, at gift opening time. Total craziness! Gift wrap is always flying in a million directions.

Well, I'm off for now.... it's time to snuggle with my Emma and watch a lil' T.V.
Cheers!
